Discovering, and developing your daily practice is part of the journey we take together. I love to introduce people to new approaches and new methods, providing more options for developing truly personalised practices.

The simplest Yoga and meditation practices can have deeply calming and healing effects.

If we are sharing a Vinyasa or Hatha Yoga practice, you will experience my personal style that is adaptable and creative allowing Yoga to be a playful and challenging experience. In a session, I balance strengthening with flexibility and rest with intense moments of effort.

Whilst leading a Kundalini class I follow the Lineage of Yogi Bhajan and the hundreds of years of tradition behind it, with powerful practice and mediations to awaken consciousness and activate the subtle energies of the body.
